Library Collections

General Section
This is the main collection comprising high quality selective books related to the academic programmes. The books on computer science, computer engineering, economics, public administration, science & technology, management sciences philosophy, psychology, religion, sociology, politics, law, language & literature, arts, history, geography, Ph.D Thesis and Ghalibiyat corner at first floor of the Central library.

Reference Section
A significant number of current reference sources are available on reference shelves on Ground Floor. This collection contains dictionaries, encyclopedias, handbooks, directories, yearbooks, atlases, bibliographies.

Periodical Section
This Section acquires Government of Pakistan documents, Journals, Annual Reports, News letter, Newspaper (both Urdu,English), Weekly Magzines and Thesis of various discipline related to the study and research needs of its users.

Nawab Mushtaq Ahmad Gurmani Section
Mass collection of books available at the Gurmani Section.

Gosha-e-Rasheed Ahmad Siddiqui
Urdu collection of Books presented at the Gosha-e- Rasheed of central Library.

Oriental Section
This Section of Central library contains mass collection of Political Science, International Relations, Pakistan Studies and Urdu and situated on second floor.
